1. Data controller
The controller is Przemyślane do życia Yurii Kryvoruchko, NIP 6793297267, REGON 528430016. Privacy enquiries may be sent to biuro@przemyslanedozycia.pl or made by phone at +48 883 493 003. The owner’s home address is not published on this website.
2. Data we process
We may process information you voluntarily provide in an enquiry, including your name, telephone number, email address, property location and details, the planned scope, and any photographs, plans or designs you send.
The server may record basic technical data required for security and operation, such as IP address, request date and time, browser type and requested page.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, prepare an offer and take steps before a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data may later be processed to perform a contract, settle accounts and comply with legal duties under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Technical data and correspondence may be processed for security, routine communication and the establishment or defence of claims under our legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients and external services
Data may be handled by providers of website hosting, email, IT support and communications only where necessary to provide those services.
When you use WhatsApp or Telegram, your data is also processed under that service provider’s privacy rules and may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards used by that provider.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to answer and discuss the proposed work and later only as long as necessary to protect potential claims. Contract and accounting data is retained for periods required by tax, accounting and claims rules. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operation.
6. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Voluntary provision and automation
Providing data is voluntary, but contact details and project information are necessary for us to respond or prepare an offer. We do not make decisions about users solely by automated means.
8. Cookies and advertising measurement
We do not load the Google Ads tag before consent. If you allow measurement, Google may use cookies and technical data, including IP address and ad click information, to measure advertising results. We send the enquiry event after CRM storage is confirmed. We do not send form contents or contact details to Google; advertising personalization remains disabled. With consent, we also measure phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and email clicks and copying our number on the page. These indicate contact intent, not confirmed conversations or orders. Session storage limits repeat events. We do not read the clipboard or message contents.
Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed through Privacy settings. Declining does not block the form. Pending form data and the receipt are stored in session storage to prevent duplicate submissions; form fields are removed from that record after success.
Details of Google processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy. The current policy is available on this page.
9. Google and Google Ads data
Przemyslane Marketing connects to a Google Ads account only after the Google account owner knowingly grants access. The access is used to read account settings, campaigns, results, conversions, keyword ideas, historical metrics and forecasts needed to prepare and evaluate advertising for Przemyślane do życia.
We use Google data only for Przemyślane do życia’s own marketing activities. We do not sell it, use it to profile other businesses or disclose it to other parties for advertising. Access is limited to the owner and authorised systems and people who operate, secure and maintain the application where necessary.
The long-lived access credential is stored in a protected file on the application server. A short-lived access token remains only in memory while contacting Google. Retrieved results may be kept in task history and audit records for as long as needed to prepare, account for and verify marketing work or to maintain security.
Access can be revoked at any time in the Google Account settings or by contacting biuro@przemyslanedozycia.pl. Revocation stops new reads from Google; it does not remove records that must be retained by law or to protect legal claims. Google’s privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
